Nurse Practitioner
Shannon M. Munday, MS, AGNP-C, is a dedicated and board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Shannon became a Registered Nurse in 2008, following in the footsteps of both her grandmother and grandfather, joining numerous other family members who have chosen to work in the field of nursing. She obtained her Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Stony Brook University in 2019.
Since 2019, she has worked with preventative medicine, management of chronic disease and treatment of acute illnesses in a private practice setting. Often having mutual patients with New York Cancer & Blood Specialists, Shannon left primary care to bring her knowledge of diverse health issues to the oncology/hematology specialty. Shannon looks forward to being a part of the care team to guide patients through their personal journeys toward positive health outcomes.
In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid traveler, often seeking adventurous destinations around the world.
