If you or a loved one would like to schedule an appointment, our Physician Referral Service makes it simple to connect with New York Cancer & Blood Specialists.

You do not need a doctor’s referral to contact us or to meet with one of our specialists. To get started, please call 833-CANCER-9 to speak with one of our New Patient Navigators, or submit an appointment request here.

When you call, our New Patient Navigators will guide you through the process, gather your information and medical records, and schedule your first visit. They will also explain what to bring and what to expect upon arrival, so you feel fully prepared.

To help us serve you best, please have the following information ready when you call:

• Full name

• Contact information

• Date of birth

• Diagnosis (if known)

• Results of biopsies, X-rays, or other diagnostic tests

• Information about any prior treatment for your current condition

• Primary medical insurance carrier
