Ryan McLear is the Senior Director of People Operations. He assists oversight in the recruitment, hiring, orientation, and onboarding processes.
Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Dowling College. He has experience mediating discussions and helps resolve HR interpersonal issues.
Ryan is a Vegas Golden Knights Fan and enjoys spending time with his rescue dog and wife. Ryan is proud to support our staff, who assist our patients and ensure everyone has the best experience possible at NYCBS.
