Nurse Practitioner
Nora DiRaimondo, MS, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gero Nurse Practitioner. She is committed to providing compassionate and individualized care to her patients. She received her Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at Stony Brook University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
