Liam Koons continues improving healthcare technology to make the patient experience better and more efficient. He is focused on ensuring that electronic systems share information seamlessly, helping doctors, nurses, and staff get the details they need.

With over eight years of experience in healthcare technology, Liam specializes in connecting different medical computer systems so they work together effectively. His team handles millions of pieces of medical information every month.

Liam has expanded technology teams and led major projects when medical practices join together, ensuring that patient records move safely and reliably between systems. He's also implemented technology to make routine tasks more efficient, allowing medical staff to spend more time focusing on patient care.

Before joining NYCBS, Liam worked with other healthcare organizations, academic medical centers, and technology vendors where he helped implement and improve the computer systems that support patient care. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
