Jin Guo, MD, is a hematologist-oncologist committed to patient-centered care. She believes in a holistic approach, considering not only the disease but also the overall well-being of her patients. Dr. Guo prioritizes supporting her patients, their families, and their caregivers.

Dr. Guo received her Doctor of Medicine from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She completed her Hematology/Oncology Fellowship with a Master Clinician Specialization at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, renowned for its exceptional cancer care and groundbreaking research. Prior to her fellowship, Dr. Guo served as an Internal Medicine Resident at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medicine.

Dr. Guo has a special interest in breast cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies, lung cancer and prostate cancer. She strives to provide her patients with the highest quality of cancer care while pushing the boundaries of medical knowledge through active participation in clinical trials. Her compassionate and patient-centered approach ensures that every individual receives the care they deserve, treating them as she would her own family.

  • "Dr. Guo and the Team were great. I think they got a bit of chuckle dealing with me. I had meant to question the enrollment application form where it starts with things along the lines of 'what gender do you identify with?' For me there are only 2 genders, Male and Female, and these transgender individuals are simply on another course. I would simply listed on the application form: Male, Female, Other ____! Separately, men in women's sports is a 'horse of a different color' and a various serious societal and equitable matter. Food for Thought! Respectfully, Lou Janda"
