Social Worker
Jason Bleecher, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker providing supportive and palliative counseling resources to patients, caregivers, and loved ones. He has previous training and experience in treating patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. He has a passion for helping, aiding, and assisting patients in improving their quality of life.
