• "Professional neat office with very clean, organized, and peaceful waiting area and expedient processing by the foint desk check-in staff. I arrived 15 minutes early and was sitting in the waiting area no more than about 5 minutes when the nurse called me in, right on time, and escorted me directly to my exam room and she explained the process and that the doctor would come in to see me when she was done. She was very professional, pleasant, cordial and expedient. The Physician's Assistant came in 3 minutes later and introduced herself and was super professional and expedient and equally pleasant with the intake and medical background review process. Dr Modi came in 2-3 minutes after the PA left and explained the symptoms and preliminary results from my primary care doctor's blood test results that he felt warranted further checking and testing without any alarming overtones. Dr Modi then explained the physical exam process he was about to quickly perform to see if there was any pain or discomfort and that took about 4 minutes and he was very reassuring with the results and indicated there were good signs and lack of swelling. Dr Modi then explained that the lab within the office would take some blood samples to follow up on the previous blood test items that needed to be looked into further. The blood lab test samples within Dr Modi's office took 5 minutes and the staff was professional, cordial and pleasant and there was no waiting and I was done with my blood and urine samples within 10 more minutes. I dislike visits to the doctor and generally dread these, but, if you need bood or cancer specialty care or treatment, or just a caredul and thorough hematology work-up, I highky recommend Dr Modi's office. The staff is professional, cordial, and, obviously happy to be there, and it shows. Who would expect an actual pleasant experience, at a doctor office ?!! - Thank you Dr Modi and staff- thank you ! Glad my doctor referred me to your office and your care."

• "Everyone was very nice and professional. The reception desk was helpful, Cory was great, and the nurse who took care of me, Melanie was also very nice. Even the plebotomist's were friendly and nice and it didn't hurt having my blood drawn!😁. And then there was Dr. Modi. After speaking to him I know I am in the right hands with my health issues and I promise not to look everything up and will rely on you to explain everything. 🤣😉😂"
