Li-Teh Wu, MD is a skilled, medical oncologist who takes an individualized approach to patient care. Dr. Wu’s impeccable work ethic is complimented by his eagerness to deliver superior patient care.
Dr. Wu earned his medical degree from National Taiwan University in Taipei, one of Taiwan’s most prestigious medical schools. Upon graduation, Dr. Wu completed both his internship and residency at Cabrini Medical Center. He then completed his oncology fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center, one of New York’s finest fellowship programs, and remained a full-time faculty member for five years. Dr. Wu spent two years in research at Cornell University.
Prior to beginning his career with NYCBS, Dr. Wu served as a partner at Park-Wu Oncology Associates in Manhattan for nearly two decades. Additionally, he served as an assistant professor at SUNY Downstate. He was also the teaching attending for the hematology-oncology fellowship program.
Dr. Wu is currently affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital of Queens, North Shore Forest Hills Hospital, and Beth Israel Medical Center. He has authored multiple publications on tumor malignancies and cancer treatments.
