Desmond Graham

Desmond is the Senior Vice President of Laboratory Operations. He has held many different roles at NYCBS. When he first joined over five years ago, he was hired as a Medical Assistant after completing an internship and externship at NYCBS. Since then, Desmond has been the Lead Medical Assistant, Lab Quality Assurance Personnel, and Regional Lab Director. Responsible for overseeing all of the laboratory sites and Lab operations, Desmond ensures the lab adheres to guidelines, runs efficiently, and maintains the highest quality.

Simultaneously, Desmond has accrued his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration at Purdue University. He is currently in the process of obtaining a Doctorate. Desmond is a veteran of the United States Army, where he served for eight years. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
