Meet Our Physician Dr. David Mangiameli specializes in surgical oncology and oncoplastic surgery. He is one of the area’s most respected physicians and believes in practicing medicine with a multidisciplinary approach. He is the founding program director of the Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center Breast Cancer Center. In addition, he is involved with many community outreach programs, including the NY State Cancer Screening Program. He also serves as a Police Surgeon for The New York State Troopers and the Police Surgeons Benevolent Association.
