Dr. Richard Zuniga Richard Zuniga, MD is a board-certified hematologist and oncologist. Dr. Richard Zuniga practiced as an attending physician and then became the Medical Director of Clinical Research at Lowell General Cancer Center.

Ruth Morgan Ruth M. Morgan, DC, is the Chief Research Officer at NYCBS. Ruth is a strategic, results-driven clinical research and healthcare management professional with over 25 years of experience.
