Yanique Lewis

Yanique Lewis is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Yanique has over ten years of experience and has dedicated her career to providing quality patient care.

Yanique’s nursing career began as a nursing assistant and then continued as RN at Stony Brook Medicine as a Trauma ICU step-down nurse. She later completed her Registered Nurse Baccalaureate Program at Stony Brook University before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Stony Brook University. Providing accessible and affordable care to underserved and minority groups such as the African American patient population inspired me to further my degree as an NP to promote preventative care, while equipping patients with knowledge about their health to make educated decisions about their health. Yanique enjoys event planning in her spare time. She is also passionate about various charities that support autism Awareness and underserved populations.
