Nana Acheampong, RN, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience. She is committed to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in all aspects of their care and has diverse experience caring for patients with various co-morbid conditions.
Nana received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Adult-Gerontological Health at Stony Brook University.
