Michelle Slowey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed in the state of New York. She graduated from CW Post Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
She pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from New York University. Michelle has more than 20 years of varied experience in nutrition and health, including oncology, research, diabetes, weight management, and disease prevention.
In addition, she is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Michelle believes in an individualized and mindful approach to nutrition counseling. She provides education and encouragement, emphasizing overall health and wellness.
