Katia LoMeli

Katia LoMeli, MSN, RN, AGNP-BC, is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with more than six years of nursing experience in oncology infusion, perioperative care, urology, and medical aesthetics. She has a strong clinical background in administering chemotherapy and immunotherapy, managing complex patient populations, and providing patient-centered care.

Katia earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Mount Saint Mary College after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University and her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing at Cochran School of Nursing. She holds certifications in Basic Life Support and chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration. She is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Prior to joining New York Cancer & Blood Specialists, Katia served as an Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse, where she administered chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and hematology-related treatments, monitored patients for treatment-related complications, and educated patients and families on treatment plans and symptom management. Her clinical experience provides a strong foundation in delivering comprehensive care for patients with complex medical needs.
