Kathleen (Kate) Kilduff-Conlon is our Senior Director of Organizational Development and Strategic Alignment. Kate is responsible for formulating and enhancing company culture, as well as overseeing training and development initiatives.
Before joining NYCBS, Kate served as Employee Relations Manager for ProHEALTH Care. Her impressive background includes over twenty years of experience as a litigation attorney, practicing in both State and Federal Courts. She is admitted to practice law in both New York and Connecticut and specializes mainly in Employment Law.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her rescue dog Kiki and surfing.
