Joe Maniscalchi

Joe Maniscalchi serves as the Senior Vice President of IT Operations at NYCBS, bringing over 24 years of invaluable experience in the field. In his role, Joe oversees various IT departments, including Cyber Security, Networking, Systems, and IT Radiology.

Joe's responsibilities include managing, developing, and implementing technological strategies and solutions, ensuring compliance with IT policies, and staying at the forefront of technological advancements and methodologies to ensure NYCBS operates securely and efficiently. Joe has earned over 22 IT certifications, including CISSP, Cisco CCNP, and AWS-CSA.

Prior to joining NYCBS, Joe held the position of Director of IT for a Long Island-based Defense Contractor, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in managing complex IT operations and driving strategic initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and security measures. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and two rescue dogs.
