Jeryl joined NYCBS in 2016 and brings a strong background in management and leadership. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from SUNY Old Westbury and is actively involved in industry organizations, advocating for best practices in hiring and workforce development.

Previously, as a key member of the Staffing leadership team, Jeryl played a vital role in identifying staffing needs to support the company’s strategic goals. Now, as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, she leads the strategy and execution of NYCBS’s hiring initiatives, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent. With a passion for building high-performing teams, she drives innovative recruitment strategies that align with the company’s growth and culture.
