Previously, as a key member of the Staffing leadership team, Jeryl played a vital role in identifying staffing needs to support the company’s strategic goals. Now, as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, she leads the strategy and execution of NYCBS’s hiring initiatives, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent. With a passion for building high-performing teams, she drives innovative recruitment strategies that align with the company’s growth and culture.
