Gwendolyn Hernandez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Staten Island.
She is a seasoned nursing and staff management professional dedicated to providing integrated care to her patients.
Gwendolyn is a board leader for the Childhood Obesity Task Force Clinical Counsel and a clinical counsel leader for Childhood Asthma “Breath Campaign.”
Additionally, she is a preceptor educating medical students.
Gwendolyn earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice Specialty in Disaster Preparedness, Population, and Global Health at Wagner College - The Evelyn Spiro School of Nursing. She is currently attending the University of New Hampshire’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
