  • "Yesterday in the late afternoon, Dr. Steven Montana and the Nurse Practitioner assisting him were characteristically excellent. They resolved the concerns of mine and those of my wife, which then provided for a return to our residence greatly reassured. However, respecting the chronic care unit in charge of evaluation, selection and monitoring of AI-ON Shield, NYCAB continues to ignore my COMPLAINT of multi dimensional and aggravating abuses. The underlying facts have raised to an extensive degree the harm done to me and to my family. Exceptionally notable is the absence of the contact from senior personnel at NYCAB to go over my COMPLAINT as I had been told to expect."
