  • "I have been a patient of this group for several years so you can understand how disappointed I was to learn that my doctor, Dr. Hendler, would not be seeing me. I made an appointment to see Dr. Hendler not the nurse practitioner. Since I see the doctor only once a year I feel I was deceived, switching me to the nurse practitioner. I should have been asked if I wanted to see the nurse practitioner instead of the doctor. Dr. Hendler was not even in the building! The only reason I am giving you 3 stars is because the staff is wonderful otherwise I would have given 0 stars!"
