• "A living angel... this man makes my day every time I come in for an appointment, makes me laugh and reminds me that everyday life is a gift. I am so blessed to have found him and be under his care since 2021- Dr. Ciobanu is incredibly thorough and intelligent in his work, is fully committed to his patients' well-being and care, and one of the most extraordinarily compassionate AND authentic human-beings I have ever met. Every time I have been in the hospital at Lenox Hill, he always visited me to say hello, checked on how I was feeling and how things were going, and made sure to consult with EACH doctor who was part of my care team during my stay. From who he is as a person AND for his dedication to his patients and their health...I forever have a special place in my heart for this doctor, along with all the staff at NYCBS. • "Very nice staff. I saw Dr. Ciobanu based on a referral from MSK to check on some of my results from blood tests taken in CA. He reviewed my prior blood work and confirmed my results were within normal readings as did MSK's Hemotology Department. Additional blood samples were taken to reconfirm the findings."

• "My first time meeting this doctor and first of all, the staff there are so nice and friendly. From the crew at the front desk to the lady that took my blood were so nice. They made whatever nervousness I was feeling go right away then meeting the doctor he was so detailed and easy to talk to, I appreciated that so much because that’s what I’m looking for in these kind of visits. This is my new home for my check ups. Thank you guy!"

• "The Dr is ok/fine but you have to wait over an hour+ past your appointment to see him. This is not one instance but every single appointment. The lack of time management gives this Dr.. 2 stars. So if you want to come here you need to take the day off of work or risk being let go! It’s not the most efficient place. Labs are scheduled first before you see the dr. So if the dr wants to add labs, you’ll have to do another round but now you have both arms that were stuck with needles when it could have been one. I would go elsewhere for your hematology needs."
