• "As soon as I walked in the doors, I was greeted by the front staff. They verified my information and gave me a couple of forms to complete as I had already done most of the requirements on line. They scanned my insurance cards and I then sat down to fill out the forms. I was taken in to the lab area for some blood work and returned to the front lobby to finish the paperwork. I was brought to the exam room and answered a few questions, then was told to wait for the PA and Dr. Josan. After my talk with his lovely PA, Dr. Josan came in to explain the next steps for my treatment. I cannot tell you how wonderful everyone was, but they go above and beyond for their patients. I felt like I was part of their family. Would definitely recommend NY Cancer & Blood Specialists to anyone who needs their services."
