  • "Dr. Harris was my Mom's hematologist. He was incredibly kind and caring when she was alive. My Mom passed away in December and I have some questions about the bloodwork that came in through Dr. Harris's office after she passed. I have been calling every week for almost 4 months now and he has never spoken to me. When we last spoke in December, he indicated he would call me back when he got back to his office. He never called. And now, after months of trying to reach him, Dr. Harris had a co-worker call me to tell me he wouldn't be speaking to me because the bloodwork was too old now to discuss. It's only too old because he's been avoiding my phone calls for months. I am extremely frustrated and upset. I am trying to get a sense of my own risk level as well as gaining a better understanding of the untimely loss of my mother. Instead of trying to help, Dr. Harris has decided I should not be contacted. I have been nothing but considerate with his office, as have they with me. But I am now very upset. Dr. Harris had been working with my Mom for over 5 years. As the person with the most relevant information about possible underlying health conditions revealed in her bloodwork, it is so disheartening to know that he doesn't consider it worth his time to discuss her case with me."

  • "Terribly disappointed with their lack of response to my multiple calls to speak with Dr. Harris. I received bloodwork results and I have some questions. I did not see the doctor when I came in for the appointment and left messages for the doctor and his assistant clearly explaining why I was calling after the appointment. I suppose my test results have no cause for alarm but I still have a few questions, This is exactly what I experienced 6 months ago when I called after receiving my test results. You should have access to your physician, my call would take only 5 minutes. It’s time to find a new hematologist."
