  • "As a first time patient, I was extremely impressed as to how well run the office is. I got there early and was seen right away by several different staff members doing their part of the job. I was then seen by Maxine the PA who provided her expertise regarding my medical issue. Everyone was nicer than nice. Dr. Rubin saw me last and went over additional information regarding my medical issue. I am most satisfied with my visit and seeing such efficiency in a medical office. A real breath of fresh air! I would highly recommend Dr Rubin and her staff to anyone seeking the services of a hematologist!"

  • "It's a very nice bright place. But I understand nurses or the aids are very busy at times but they were all sitting around while I saw other people signing people in and out making appts. If they have that much time on their hands maybe time to delegate more work their way."
