  • "I had an appt scheduled and 30 minutes before the appt I was called and told the Dr was running and hour to and hour and 1/2 behind and my appt needed to be rescheduled. No big deal… new appt was made a week for a week later. I left work early for a 4:15 appt, by 5pm after everyone else who had gotten there before me had already been seen. When I was the last person in the waiting room, that’s when I was asked what my name was. They never checked me in. Took my $80 copay but didn’t check me in. Then wanted me to do bloodwork after my bloodwork was done by an outside lab and was literally there only for results!!! The Babylon office is so much better than the bayshore office."
