The whole process from the moment Anthony called me in was effortless and he was so kind and made me feel totally comfortable. Sandy came in a few minutes after and we discuss my concern. She escorted me and my 7 year old granddaughter to the infusion room where we were treated like queens Joanne checked on me and Lana gave us drinks snacks and a nice warm blanket. • "I have an issue with the fact I completed an on- line questionnaire- then got to the office to complete the EXACT questionnaire- then met with a nurse who asked me the same questions then the physicians assistant and was asked the same questions yet again and then met the doctor and he did not discuss any of those items with me - I was there for almost 2 hours and spent maybe 5 minutes with the doctor - so did not feel the love - nor do I feel the individuals took me seriously 😳"

The nurse that took me in was kind and offered a comforting conversation. All in all, I was made comfortable and the process was painless."
