Patient Reviews

  • "Dr Cyriac wasted my time and money. The first appointment I waited for an extended period in the exam room for him to come in and tell me we’ll have to wait for the test results and have an appointment because he doesn’t like giving those results over the phone. Then, when it was time for my second appointment the nurse practitioner came in to tell me my results, used the phrase “whatever that means” regarding part of them, and did not seem to fully know what my condition was or how to treat it. She said okay I’ll go get the doctor now and left to get him, but then came back said he’s on the phone with another doctor, told me very boiler plate treatment when I had many other questions, and made it clear I was not worth his time because “he’s always getting calls from other doctors”. If he is “always getting calls from other doctors I am curious how many of his patients that he “doesn’t like to give the test results out over the phone” he shunts off to other people in the office. I’m also curious if he is always on the phone and gives such basic advice and doesn’t answer questions why he couldn’t simply call me with the results. I’m thoroughly disappointed and feel going to him was a complete waste of time and money."

  • "I was very happy with Dr Cyriac. He was very thorough and listened to what I had to say. No wait time either. I just didn’t understand why when I arrived they wanted to draw blood right away? For what reason? I had all my bloodwork done already (8 vials) so I refused. Kind of bothered me. But very happy with the doctor."
