Dr. Dmitriy Berenzon

Dmitriy Berenzon, MD, is a board-certified hematologist-oncologist who chose this specialty because it uniquely blends cutting-edge scientific discoveries with ancient values such as compassion, respect for humanity, and the desire to alleviate human suffering.

With a special interest in malignant hematology, Dr. Berenzon pursued a career in medicine to contribute to the advancement of civilization by improving and prolonging human lives, one patient at a time. Dr. Berenzon received his medical degree from St. Petersburg Pavlov State Medical University before completing his residency at New York Methodist Hospital of Brooklyn and his Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Berenzon is fluent in English and Russian.

In his free time, Dr. Berenzon enjoys travel, opera, and baroque music.
