  • "Receptionists were very friendly. Dr. Chu is very professionally to approach me as a patient. One thing I don’t like is to take a very long time to complete the patient’s health survey. These should be finished by sending an E mail with survey questions or a link."

  • "Everyone is very polite and efficient allowing you to pump through endless bodies like a smooth running engine but have deleted the ability to develope any kind of comfort in a relationship to develope between Dr. and patient . This doesn’t allow for a complete diagnosis ! Without a full grasp of the patients lifestyle , occupation and environment a complete picture isn’t shared . With a different PA every visit that lasts just 10 minutes the patient also doesn’t feel comfortable to sometimes share and typically isn’t asked . They simply want to know if you have any medication changes and give you your blood results ."
