  • "My first visit to NY Cancer & Blood Specialists was impressive. This doctors office is super busy like Penn Station’s waiting room however I was called quickly for blood work & seen by blood specialist within 20 minutes wait which was not bad."

  • "I expected to see my oncologist Dr. Patel, but I was told he was on vacation when a nurse practitioner came in to visit me. I was very disappointed that she didn’t have all my records readily available and had to review some notes but didn’t know the full extent of what was going on with my condition. In the past on occasion, I’ve met with another nurse practitioner, however she was able to consult with the doctor, but since Dr Patel was away on vacation Nurse practitioner, Debbie was on her own. Truthfully, I was very disappointed. In the future, if the doctor cannot be there, I would like to be notified ahead of time so I can have the option at least of rescheduling. There were several things I wanted to discuss with the doctor directly, but was unable to. With all due respect, my appointment was with Dr Samir Patel. I do not understand why this review was submitted to Dr Eagle. Further to this, I called the office several times since with regards to another issue that I had spoken with Dr Patel about previously and I still have not heard back from him or anyone in his staff."
