  • "Dr Panzera is a wonderful Dr. However , I find certain of her office’s practices less than helpful. At the suggestion of my internist I asked for a video appointment with Dr Panzera ( who already knows my case well ) in order to discuss a question calling for fine medical judgment. The office insisted that i come for an in person visit ; and when I arrived they had me meet with a Nurse Practitioner , rather than the Doctor. The Practitioner did not appear to me to fully know the subject matter of my question . Only when I politely asked to speak with the Dr did the Dr appear ( after another half hour of waiting ) , and her advice was different from and better informed than that of the Practitioner . In short, i had to waste a lot of time and effort to ultimately get the 5 minutes of the Dr’s time that i requested and needed ."
