Nurse Practitioner
Crystal D. Vann is a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at NYCBS. She has dedicated her career to providing exceptional patient care and compassion, particularly to oncology patients.
Crystal began her nursing career in 2004 as a registered nurse and later became a Certified Chemotherapy Infusion Nurse. She continued to grow her skills and knowledge, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She then pursued further education, completing her Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Adelphi University, driven by her desire to care for the whole person.
Crystal has been a dedicated member of the NYCBS team for 18 years, where she began her career as a Registered Nurse. Throughout her time with the organization, she has always been committed to providing the highest quality of care to her patients. She recognized the need for mental health care to be integrated into the overall care plan for patients and wanted to be able to provide this service to her patients at NYCBS.
