Patients, families, and caregivers are invited to join the Patient-Family Advisory Council to become active council members. The council members will attend quarterly meetings and participate in discussions surrounding real care experiences at New York Cancer and Blood Specialists. Our goal is to collaboratively and continuously improve the overall quality, safety, and patient experience across the organization.
Council Members may offer:
1. Insights about NYCBS strengths and where changes may be needed
2. Feedback on NYCBS practices and policies
3. A fuller picture of the patient care experience at NYCBS
