Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Clusters

Ingredients:
1. 4 tablespoons peanut butter
2. ¼ cup low-fat milk
3. ¼ cup semisweet dark chocolate chips
4. ¾-1 cup oats
Directions:
1. Combine peanut butter, milk, semisweet dark chocolate chips in a saucepan and cook over low
heat for 3-5 minutes until chips are melted
2. Stir in oats
3. Remove from heat
4. Place wax paper on a baking sheet
5. Using a spoon, portion out 8-10 servings
6. Set in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes
7. Serve cold and enjoy!
*The dark chocolate chips are full of antioxidants, the peanut butter provides healthy fats and the oatmeal is an excellent source of fiber, all nutrients that are great for your heart and health!
