Community Health Fair

You are invited to a community health fair hosted by Memorial Medical Care, PC, a practice of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center physicians (MMC), the New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS), and Brooklyn College Cancer Center with collaboration from Brooklyn community partners.

Join us for:

Free mammograms (no insurance required)
Free prostate cancer screenings (no insurance required)
Free blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose testing
Health and wellness educational materials
Fun activities for children
Giveaways
Food, music, and more!

This event will take place at 2236 Nostrand Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11210.
