Dr. Nakul Singhal
Dr. Singhal completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School-Cancer Institute of New Jersey, where he also served as Chief Fellow. Prior to this, he completed his residency in internal medicine at North Shore Long Island Jewish-Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. After, he practiced as an attending physician in internal medicine for one year at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Singhal earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology along with his pre-medical studies at the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He then earned his medical degree at the University Of Toledo College Of Medicine in Toledo, OH. During his training, Dr. Singhal has participated in clinical research at Case Western Reserve University, Northwell Health, Rutgers RWJMS, and the Cancer Institute of New Jersey. He has also co-authored several publications on various topics in both hematology and oncology. He has been published in Blood Journal on topics such as anticoagulation, inherited causes of thrombosis, and complications in patients who have undergone bone marrow transplants. Dr. Singhal has treated patients with a wide variety of hematologic and oncologic disorders. Dr. Singhal’s impact is derived from his research. He concentrates on quality improvement for patients affected by benign and malignant hematology as well as solid oncology.
